Washington State HB1240 update – 3/14/2023

The recent legislation passed by Washington State legislators has left the firearms community in Washington in limbo, with confusion, panic and frankly, downright frustration.

The proposed AWB (HB1240) has been passed by the lower house, and is expected to pass the WA Senate any time now. As a result, we are no longer going to be able to take delivery of any new orders OR transfers of items impacted by HB1240. This includes pretty much ALL semi-automatic rifles and shotguns.

This is unfortunately effective immediately. We don’t believe we have enough time to get your paperwork back from LEOs before this draconian legislation is signed into effect by the Governor.
